RAK Plastic Emulsion is a superior quality paint based on acrylic copolymer for interior surfaces. It offers good flow, whiteness and hiding properties. It gives a smooth, washable and durable finish along with Incan anti-bacterial properties. This product has very low VOC and is free from harmful chemicals like APEO, heavy metals and formaldehyde etc.

Follow these steps for

Application methods

Roller : This product is recommended to be applied by using roller
Brush : Recommended for corners, edges and small areas
Spray : Use conventional spray or airless spray

Guiding data for airless spray

Nozzle Tip : 0.021” – 0.025”
Pressure at nozzle (minimum) : 2000 – 2500 psi
Spray Angle : 65° -- 80°
Apply this product only if relative humidity is less than 85% and substrate temperature is minimum 10° C & above 3° C of the dew point

Dilution

10 – 15% Recommended
